I’m a Sunni Muslim and I recognize the need for the majority in Syria (their Shiekhs and head revolutionaries) to pay attention to the fact that the majority needs to assure the minorities in Syria after Assad’s regime. We may say “one, one, one – the Syrian people are one” in the protests, but this needs to develop into solid assurances that ALL minorities will be partners in managing Syria & its future. Syria’s beauty lies in its different sects and ALL of us are Syrians and have a common goal: Freedom, liberties & justice for ALL.

Phenomenal. Great writing. It takes a Douaihy and a Lebanese to compose such an outstanding book. It takes a writer to recognize superb talent.
