Sindbad, Actes Sud, France, who has published in January 2009 Jabbour Douaihy’s ‘Ayn Ward’, under the title ‘Rose Fountain Motel’, has acquired the French rights to ‘June Rain’.
Actes Sud is a large French independent house characterized by its vast list of translated fiction. Sindbad is part of Actes Sud since the mid 1980’s.

June Rain was on the IPAF 2008’s shortlist.
