Jabbour Douaihy’s June Rain in French soon!
Sindbad, Actes Sud, France, who has published in January 2009 Jabbour Douaihy’s ‘Ayn Ward’, under the title ‘Rose Fountain Motel’, has acquired the French rights to ‘June Rain’.
Actes Sud is a large French independent house characterized by its vast list of translated fiction. Sindbad is part of Actes Sud since the mid 1980′s.
June Rain was on the IPAF 2008′s shortlist.
